POSITION SUMMARY: The Funding Consultants will serve as a sales resource primarily for their state, as well as nationwide. They will fulfill all responsibilities of consultative sales for clients, including lead generation activities to establish a sales funnel, initial consultative sales, and client qualification. The main objectives of this role are to achieve sales targets, develop an appropriate funnel for future customer acquisition, and ensure the ongoing success of the funding solution for our clients. The position reports to the COO and involves active participation in regular discussions regarding the funnel and strategic matters on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Identify and establish connections with clients in need of funding within your state and across the country through event marketing, social media campaigns, digital marketing/lead campaigns, and networking. Generate leads for the sales funnel, maintain a minimum monthly sales volume, participate in team huddles, and conduct weekly 1:1 reviews with the COO. Become proficient in the value of a genuine consultative sales process for our customers. This includes embodying the principles of integrity selling and positioning our product as a valuable solution for borrowers. Facilitate client onboarding, which involves collecting client application packages, reviewing them for accuracy, and submitting them through the client portal. Provide support to the processing and underwriting team to ensure ongoing success for clients, and address any potential concerns or queries that may arise within the team. JOB REQUIREMENTS: This position requires an individual with:- Preferred experience in Financial Services, Lending, or Real Estate Sales- Self-motivation and a strong desire to grow as a sales professional. Must be open to coaching and value teamwork. - Aptitude and willingness to learn, develop, and adapt as a consultative seller. (Experience or Training Preferred) - Intermediate computer skills: CRM, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Email systems.- Must be willing and able to travel 10-20% of the time within the country.
