Visitor Relations Spec C Location: Mukilteo, WA Duration: 6 Months Description: Visitor Relations Tour Guides serve as brand ambassadors, and are responsible for learning and presenting detailed Client content and scripted material to deliver enhanced experiences such as the Everett Factory Tour, Company Backstage Pass, and other interactive presentations. This role also supports engagement throughout the Future of Flight facility, including ticketing and lobby services, leading STEM activities such as robotics and drone experiences, and interpretation of gallery and interactive exhibits. In addition to giving tours, responsibilities involve research, training, and other tour related assignments such as providing executive and academic tours. Visitor Relations team members serve as Brand Ambassadors and must demonstrate active visitor engagement as well as capacity and enthusiasm for learning and sharing accurate information about Client products and aviation concepts. The optimal candidate for this position will demonstrate a passion for customer-focused interactions among diverse audience groups. They will coordinate with other team members to conduct daily on-time business processes to support Future of Flight priorities. Ability to Perform the Following Requirements: Professional written and verbal communication skills, information retention skills Required Skills Typically 4 or more years' related work experience in a role which required strong customer service and communication skills Typically 1 or more years' experience with a role that requires presenting, training, teaching, or acting in a client facing environment Public speaking Leading Tours Presenting Preferred skills: Six months experience giving public tours and/or public speaking while representing a brand Six months experience with technology related to events, exhibits, or POS Proficient with Microsoft office tools Any experience with Client Future of Flight Preferred soft skills: Experience working in a team environment Proven reliability, punctuality and regular attendance Ability to retain information quickly Are there any companies that hire for the same type of skill set that you are looking for?
