Qualifications:• 2+ years in a leadership role, within a veterinary clinic strongly preferred.• Previous experience in a veterinary clinic or animal care setting is required.• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.• Proficiency in computer applications, including practice management software and Microsoft Office suite.• Knowledge of veterinary medical terminology and procedures is a plus.• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Compensation: $35,000 About Company: We are an established privately owned business with 3 successful clinics. We strive to have 6-8 doctors per clinic with a support staff of 4 plus staff per doctor. Each of our facilities provides state-of-the-art equipment (CT Scanner, Endoscopy, Ultrasound…) and the ability to refer cases within the Desert Ark system. Our business model is general practice with urgent care same-day services offered Monday - Saturday. We are looking for an experienced, mature, and compassionate manager to help guide our team, grow the practice's community presence, and promote extraordinary client engagement.
