Dental Front Desk Receptionist has to present treatment plans We are looking for a skilled Full-Time Dental Front Desk Receptionist with at least two years of experience to join our modern, multi-specialty office located in Chelsea and Hell's Kitchen, Manhattan, NY. Our offices are conveniently situated near multiple train stations and are equipped with state-of-the-art technology. We pride ourselves on our organized, clean, and team-oriented environment. The ideal candidate for this role is someone with exceptional communication skills, friendliness, strong multitasking abilities, and a dedicated work ethic. We are seeking an individual who can provide outstanding customer service and work effectively as part of a team. Proficiency in Dentrix, PPO insurance, interpreting Pre-Determinations, patient communication, and presenting complex treatment plans is required. Responsibilities will also include assisting the front desk with insurance breakdowns, as well as scheduling and confirming appointments. Flexibility in working hours, including some evenings and Saturdays, is necessary for this position. Responsibilities:• Greet and check patients• Answer emails and phone calls• Schedule appointments• Present Treatment Plans• Confirm Zoc Doc and online appointments• Work on Schedule Daily, including Continued Care and Recall Reports Qualifications:• Dentrix experience• Polite and Focused on Task• Team Player• Motivated and Compassionate• Hard Working• Experienced as a Dental Receptionist Compensation: $20 - $28 hourly based on experience About Company: Soul Dental is a contemporary, energetic, and growing company co-founded by two female friends.
