One line internship description... "The Cornerstone Internship Program is designed to empower you to learn, grow, and lead in all the ways God has called you to." What you will do: Come be a part of the Cornerstone team through an extensive internship program.Here you will learn about ministry through:- Hands on learning- Classroom based lectures from on-the-ground- Pastors at Cornerstone- Group-think environmentsAt Cornerstone, you will have to option to choose your area of learning track and you will also be a part of a larger internship cohort weekly. The expected hours are 20 hours per week, including the mandatory cohort on Mondays from 2-5pm and the other days/hrs chosen are based on your ministry area, which will likely include weekends/Sundays. The next CSI dates are September 9-December 24. In CSI, each intern will be placed into a specific ministry track. Tracks are determined in collaboration with the program director based on personal calling, experience, and interest. Each track provides interns with hands-on training and leadership opportunities in a specific ministry area. Track Staff Coaches will function as mentors for each intern through the duration of the Internship. Internship opportunities are available in various departments: Creative Arts, Production, Worship, Kids, Youth, Adults and Connections. Who you are: You are someone who feels that God is leading them into full-time ministry. You are a self-starter, quick learner, someone who loves a challenge, has a heart to serve, a positive attitude, flexibility, a sense of humor, and an ability to work in a team environment.
