Description:

Delivery of prescription medical devices; prepare and repackage devices accurately; maintain in-date inventory; order entry and billing of insurance for devices; strong communication /professional demeanor with team members, cross functionally within the business and with outside vendors. Expected of you and others at this level. Applies basic skills and techniques to complete routine tasks within assigned area. Maintains appropriate licenses, training and certifications. Works on basic and routine assignments. Works within clearly defined Standard Operating Procedures and/or scientific methods. Adheres to all quality guidelines. Works under close supervision. All work is reviewed for accuracy. Any deviations from the norm are approved by the supervisor before proceeding. Fulfillment of prescription device products; shipping. Prescription order entry. Inbound patient calls. Outbound physician calls. Requirements Looking for technicians who are currently Certified. Detail oriented. Ability to prioritize. Strong interpersonal skills. High school diploma or equivalent. 2+ years in retail/LTC/mail order experience Must provide Active Registration with OH BOP; CPhT (Ohio or National) Must provide proof of up to date Technician CEs. Pharmacy Technician Certification. Completed High School (Diploma or GED). Preferred: Billing experience preferred.
