As a host(ess), you will be the face of our restaurant, responsible for creating a positive and memorable first impression for our guests. Your warm and friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and exceptional organizational skills will set the tone for an exceptional dining experience. Responsibilities:• Greet and welcome guests with a genuine smile and warm demeanor.• Manage reservations and waitlist efficiently, utilizing the reservation software Open Table.• Seat guests in accordance with their preferences and maintain a well-organized seating chart.• Provide guests with menus and assist with any initial inquiries.• Communicate effectively with the dining room staff to ensure smooth table turnover.• Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and concerns with grace and professionalism.• Maintain a tidy and inviting hostess stand area.• Collaborate with management to ensure the overall satisfaction of our guests. Qualifications:• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.• A passion for delivering outstanding guest service.• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with grace and composure.• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.• Previous experience in a hostess or guest service role is preferred but not required.• A friendly and approachable demeanor.• Must have Arizona Title 4 Alcohol + ANAB-accredited food handler certification.
