Responsibilities: As a Lead Commercial Dock & Door Installer, you will be at the forefront of our field operations, conducting site checks and installing various dock and door equipment. You will play a vital role in ensuring that our installations meet the highest standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities: --- Conduct thorough site inspections and prepare detailed reports. --- Lead and execute the installation of commercial docks and doors. --- Collaborate with support staff to ensure smooth field operations. --- Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to all safety regulations. --- Provide exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications: --- 3+ years of experience in dock and door installation (candidates with slightly less experience but high skill levels may be considered). --- Proven track record of leading installation projects. --- Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills. --- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. --- Commitment to maintaining a fun, yet professional work environment.
