To be successful in this role, you will need to be comfortable with prospecting and client acquisition, as well as a good communicator to help your clients navigate their financial goals. Responsibilities:• Achieve licensing for LAH, Series 7, and 66• Willing to cold call and network to set appointments• Identify 2-3 key markets that you have an affinity to help• Develop strong fact-gathering skills built on client relationships• Become acquainted with the different products and services available• Collaborate and work with senior advisors• Use needs-based planning to provide solutions for implementation• Be coachable and willing to learn• Take initiative and possess a strong work ethic Qualifications: Your Skillset: • You have an outside sales background and experience generating leads• You are social and often participate in groups and organizations• You have an interest in finance and wealth management• You are a disciplined and expert multi-tasker• You're willing to go the extra mile for clients and provide quality service• You enjoy presentations and are a strong communicator• You have strong organizational and time management skills and can self-start• Must have a Maryland Life and Health license or be willing to get licensed before contracting• Though not required, valid FINRA Series 7 or 6 and 63/65 or 66 licenses are considered a plus Compensation: $60,000 at plan commission About Company: Thompson Financial Group is a financial services firm.
