Description:
Catering Equipment Manager for fast-paced, high-end catering operation. Full or part-time considered. Primary Focus: Equipment pulling and on-site management of events, as needed. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:* Create equipment checklists and pull equipment needed for events* Inventory and maintenance of all off-site catering equipment* Includes: ASSIST in vehicle cleanliness/gas* Monitor and minor repair of smallwares equipment* Determine weekly plastic/paper needs with co-owner* Determine weekly linen needs with co-owner* Supervise/work off-site catering events, as needed Must have the ability to:* Drive and operate a full-size van and possess a current driver's license* Must be able to lift, load, and unload heavy equipment into vehicles; NO lifting restrictions* Flexible schedule - includes some weekends and evenings EXPERIENCE IN CATERING/FOOD SERVICE IS DESIRABLE Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Experience level: 1 year preferred but no experience will be considered. Weekly day range: Monday to FridayWeekend availability Work Location: In person
