The auto sales job responsibilities include managing a customer database, greeting showroom visitors, facilitating test drives, collaborating with our sales manager, conducting follow-ups, and more! Responsibilities: • Present used and new cars through test drives, demonstrations, and dealership walk-throughs• Maintain an up-to-date customer database to drive current and future automotive sales• Answer questions about new cars, used cars, vehicle performance, applications processes and consult the sales manager as needed• Employ strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport when assisting potential customers with their vehicle selections• Uphold customer satisfaction standards throughout the sales negotiation process to honor dealership policies• Communicate with customers through email and phone calls in order to schedule appointments for customers to visit the store by performing the following duties• Respond to customer requests from the Internet lead system and gather information from the customer about the make, type, and quality of vehicle desired; trade-in details; customer’s goals Qualifications: • High school diploma or GED equivalent is required; bachelor’s degree is preferred• Stellar communication skills, negotiation skills, time management, and interpersonal skills are all crucial for meeting customer needs• Prior sales experience in a dealership or showroom setting a plus• Valid driver's license and safe driving record are mandatoryTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily• Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience• Must be able to pass a background check and Drug test• Customer service: 1 year (Required) Compensation: $30,000 - $75,000 yearly About Company: Maxie Price Chevrolet is one of the largest Chevrolet Dealers in the Atlanta market.
