Their primary goal is to manage the end-to-end intricacies of major change initiatives while exhibiting unmatched service and kindness for clients and their teams. Account Managers are: Experts who always deliver outstanding work Self-starters who get things done with little oversight Insight-driven and detail-oriented Great communicators, facilitators, and presenters Results-driven delivering work to completion Able to work at calculated speed — fast but not reckless Team players and humble collaborators — because when we work together, the work gets better Adaptable and creative problem-solvers Coachable and willing to choose stretch goals Experienced (8+ years in an agency/consultancy setting) Calm under pressure Comfortable working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment Nice :) In the first 6 months, you will: Learn our Change Marketing process- combining best practices from marketing, change management, and behavioral design Go through extensive internal training to learn our processes, frameworks, and ways of working Get to know our team through meaningful 1-1 conversations Create briefs, project plans, and decks (Keynote is our preferred tool) Present your work to the team and to clients Receive feedback on your work to make it better and help you grow Facilitate internal and client meetings Want to join us? You’ll need proof that you can: Lead Client Communications: Exhibit excellent communication skills with project teams and clients. Manage Scopes of Work & Client Expectations: Keep our work within the parameters of what was agreed to and push back when needed. Project & Timeline Management: Master the building and execution of projects by keeping the project team on track and handling shifts and unexpected challenges with calmness. Presenting & Sharing Perspectives: Consulting our clients through clear and engaging communication tactics. Scheduling & Coordination: Managing client and internal touchpoints, ensuring your team has the time and resources needed to stay on track and collaborate when needed. Writing Briefs & Creative Management: Translating client requests into clear and organized briefs. Review and Execution of Deliverables: Review all deliverables for accuracy and quality, and polish where you see fit. Take on occasional ownership of deliverables as needed. Track Project, Client, and Team Health: Manage KPIs to ensure all projects are profitable and clients and your project team are feeling cared for. Host retro meetings Unreasonable Hospitality: Roll out the red carpet for our clients. Whether in-person or virtual, find ways to go above and beyond to give them a uniquely personal and joyful experience. Learn & Grow: Seek out and receive regular feedback and look for opportunities to grow in your role. Account Growth: Maintain strong client relationships and keep your ear to the ground for new opportunities for work. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field. 10+ years of agency experience with a focus on managing multi-media campaigns across complex organizations and activations. Strong project and relationship management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently and meet deadlines. Adaptability, creativity, and a collaborative mindset, along with a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development Experience with Keynote, MS Office suite, Google Suite, Slack At LOCAL, we offer: Base salary + annual bonus up to 10% 401k match up to 5% Health and dental benefits 4 weeks paid time off 2 weeks winter break Personal L&D budget Base Salary Range - based on experience:: $86k-$115k Powered by JazzHR
