Performing necessary work to keep establishment in good shape and the apartments in rent ready condition. Completing maintenance and repair work orders. Replace broken parts and equipment.Requirements:Valid Drivers License, Clean DMV Record, Clean Background (No Criminal Conviction), Current proof of insuranceExperience in:Plumbing, Painting, Electrical, Carpentry, General ConstructionMust have/be:Previous experience in apartment maintenance, Own tools, Must have very good organization and time management skills., Deadline and detail-orientedPowered by JazzHR
