Syndeo Staffing has a direct-hire opportunity for a Manager for a local BBQ restaurant and bar. Job Responsibilities: The Manager is responsible for overseeing and leading the work of a team of 6-9 Satisfies customers by providing a pleasant dining experience. Accomplishes objectives by training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining team members; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing team contributions Achieves restaurant operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; and implementing change. Meets restaurant financial objectives by driving sales and ensuring customer service objectives are met. Reconcile cash drawers Restaurant Manager Qualifications/Skills: Customer service, verbal communication People Management, including fostering teamwork, and giving feedback Self-motivated, high energy, multi-tasking Resolving conflict Verbal communication Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements: 3+ years of hospitality-related experience 1+ years of restaurant manager or leadership experience Familiar with point-of-sale computers and software High school diploma or GED Marketing skills preferred but not required Schedule: Monday – Saturday 2:00 pm – 10:00 pmPay - Based on experience
