Associate Planner Bedfordshire HA 11548 Permanent Our client, an established and growing Land and Planning Consultancy are urgently looking to appoint an Associate Planner to join their friendly and supportive team in Bedfordshire. The successful Associate Planner will quickly become a key member of the team, working closely with clients and landowners to deliver a wide variety of services including planning applications, appeals and strategic land promotion. Suitable candidates will have: Demonstrable experience within the planning industry (both development management and policy) Chartership with the RTPI Excellent communication skills A proven track record in project management and client liaison Within the role you will: Undertake site backssment, strategy development and preparing client proposals Manage planning and development projects from instruction to completion Prepare and submit planning applications and appeals Negotiate option and promotion agreements with Developers Prepare Local Plan representations and cases for development Lodge appeals and potentially appearing at Informal and formal Hearings Developing client relationships Interested?
