The Gathering Gates, a charity in Norwich seeks an enthusiastic and well-organised individual for a part-time role. Location: Central Norwich Salary: £42,000 pro rata Hours: 25 per week, part-time / flexible hours / hybrid working Benefits: 30 days leave (pro rata) and enhanced pension The role: Coordinate marketing initiatives and events Assist in strategic development of the Gathering Gates charity Support online projects and blog Join a positive, creative, future oriented team Skills: Digital marketing savvy Event coordination IT competence across Libre Office and other applications Passion for the mission of the Gathering Gates Deadline: 12 noon on Monday 18 March. Interviews Tuesday 2nd April in central Norwich Originally established in 2011, the Gathering Gates was relaunched two years ago. We have been offering facilitated workshops and creative conversations on themes relating to somatic health, re-imagining power, grief tending, climate breakdown, and spiritual emergence. We are now in an exciting stage of building on this success and taking our aims forward in new ways. Liz Day is one of the charity’s co-founders. Funding for this role has been obtained to support Liz in her work delivering workshops and events, and promoting her online blog. The postholder will also have the opportunity to contribute to the wider strategic development of the charity.
