SURFMEPP Corrosion Planner - Mayport with Security Clearance

Responsibilities Surface Maintenance and Engineering Planning Program (SURFMEPP) was established to provide centralized surface ship life cycle maintenance engineering, and class maintenance planning and managementSURFMEPP's primary mission is to maintain and modernize in-service ships throughout the ship's expected service life focusing on a complete, well-engineered, and continuously improving Class Maintenance Plan (CMP)SURFMEPP's Corrosion Planners actively manage and track surface ship class corrosion plans during CNO Availability advanced planning and planning processesThe Corrosion Planners use standard operating procedures, best practices, and growing expertise to assist Maintenance Teams with identifying and tracking Mandatory Technical Requirements (MTRs) and related services during CNO Availability planning and executionCorrosion Planners provide quality control checks on SURFMEPP corrosion plans and are relied on to act as SURFMEPP's initial Corrosion Subject Matter Expert to other Surface Navy maintenance stakeholders during CNO Availability planningRequired Qualifications Applicants must have the following minimum skills and knowledge: --- Bachelors degree in a related filedAdditional relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelors--- 4 to 7 years of relevant professional experience --- DOD SECRET Security Clearance --- Understanding of Technical Requirements of Corrosion and Structure (CCAMM / NSTM100) --- Demonstrated maintenance planning experience with U.SNavy surface ship classesDesired Qualifications --- Use of MS Office Suite tools --- Drafting and delivering technical presentations --- Superior written and verbal communication skills to interact with Senior U.SNavy personnel --- Maintaining accuracy and integrity of Corrosion databases (CCIMS) --- Understanding of CNO Availability Planning process as outlined in the Joint Fleet Maintenance Manual Overview Noblis and our wholly owned subsidiaries, Noblis ESI , and Noblis MSD tackle the nation's toughest problems and apply advanced solutions to our clients' most critical missionsWe bring the best of scientific thought, management, and engineering expertise together in an environment of independence and objectivity to deliver enduring impact on federal missionsNoblis works with a wide range of government clients in the defense, intelligence and federal civil sectorsLearn more at Noblis -About Us Why work at a Noblis company?
