The Opportunity: The Clinical Sales Specialist will possess strong clinical knowledge about respiratory care, have a passion for education, and be eager to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. This position is responsible for supporting Electromed growth through key opinion leader clinical engagement opportunities, development of educational content to support internal and external initiatives, fieldwork and clinical development of clinical area managers, clinical trainings, and delivery of presentations. Job Outcomes You Must Get: Cultivate and expand relationships with KOLs through clinical engagement opportunities. Manage regional KOL networks to promote peer-to-peer events and educational opportunities. Deliver presentations in front of multiple external and internal stakeholders. Influence account growth and development through clinical expertise and support. Support national and regional medical meetings and conferences, as needed. Contribute to development and delivery of clinical education literature and presentations. Travel across a specified geography to join clinical area managers in field-calls while providing clinical support and continuing education. Job Outcomes Requirements: 5+ years clinical experience in the field of respiratory/pulmonary care. Current state RT or RN license in good standing. Clinical expert on airway clearance therapy, high frequency chest wall oscillation, and the diseases and conditions which require such therapy. Previous presentation development and/or skilled writing experience strongly preferred. Knowledge of DME or medical device sales process preferred. In-depth knowledge of pulmonary anatomy and physiology, airway clearance functions, and respiratory therapy equipment. Demonstrated experience in clinical education and mentorship. Highly adaptable to stakeholder needs and eager to take on new challenges. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with a range of medical professionals. Excellent communication skills, including listening, writing, and presenting to groups of all sizes. Ability to work collaboratively with strong team building skills. Ability to travel up to 75%.
