&*Software Requests: Manage Software Requests and end user communication from request of software through closure of the request ticket. Confirm that software has been received and deployed to the requested device and/or assigned to the correct user. Manage all software requests globally within the ITSM Tool (ServiceNow, BMC Remedy/Others) utilizing the predetermined software catalog and software request management processes designed and implemented.&*SAAS Portal Management: Once portal access is configured the portals will be actively managed at the start of Managed Services to assign/unassign users licenses and provide license optimization scenarios. &*Software Catalog management: Accenture will be responsible for updating the entries in the catalog and contacting the responsible team for the ITSM Tool in order to make those updates effective. &*License Desk Monthly Reporting: Reporting of monthly amount of requests with potential recommendations of improvement. Accenture will interact with end users and business approvers to resolve software request tickets. &*License Procurement Support: Provide software procurement support for the in-scope publishers by providing recommendations and/or requesting quotes from the procurement team and re-sellers for a cost of 90 days and remove the users thereby adding to cost avoidance CMDB Reporting: Actively monitor that the SAM system and Software Scanning tools (Example-BigFix/Flexera/etc) is updated with CMDB data and call out for the percentage of data that is not reflecting so that next steps can be carried out to keep the data updated.Send your CV's to
