Description:
This position is responsible for applying the principles of accounting to analyze financial information and the preparation of financial reports, create spreadsheets, analyze data, profit and loss reports, cash flow, and contract analysis, daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly reporting up to and including annual close out process. Demonstrates computer literacy in various accounting software, with a high proficiency in Excel and Yardi. Provides ad-hoc reporting as requested. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS - Prepare accounting data and reports, and all accounting duties, to include GL, AR, AP, tenant and various billings, collections of rent, tenant dispute, and tenant account reconciliation, accurate reporting, tenant sales information. Produce and provide spreadsheets as required. Assist with preparation, data input of annual budgets, and assisting in preparation of reports required by ownership. Prepare various reconciliations to include annual tenant CAM reconciliations and recovery schedule, monthly reconciliations, and year end close out. Prepare monthly and quarterly variance analysis, reporting with comment and annual client reports, adhering to a strict timeline. Quarterly budget and CAPEX reforecasting. Monthly Tenant various billing and tenant statements proofreading materials, preparing routing correspondence. Be available when necessary to participate budget review meetings. responsible to concisely present financial information and appropriately answer accounting questions as requested. Analyze Tenant Lease to include CAM and rent. Duties include pertinent information to be logged correctly with records up to date. Function as contact, to collect information when needed. Knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, Yardi, is desired. Follow Company Policy, Procedures, and follow all Health, Life and Safety Practices, and Procedures.
