About the role The Leviton Finance team is looking for a Deductions Representative to join the Credit, Accounts Receivable & Claims department. The Deductions Representative will be responsible for evaluating, processing, and resolving customer claims (deductions), utilizing various data files and systems. Responsibilities Identify, research, and resolve debit issues Data entry of returns and credit memos Maintain, analyze and reconcile debits past due to include 30, 60, 90 and 120 days Create and maintain reports to uncover and track claims issues Interface with various departments such as outside salesforce, traffic, warehouse personnel, accounts receivable, and customers for resolution of claims Escalates unresolved issues to supervisor/Manager Participate in training new personnel as well as cross training existing personnel Qualifications Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word and Excel General understanding of claims (deductions) and collections Must have good analytical and organizational skills Education & Experience Must have a High School diploma or equivalent Minimum of 2 years' experience in general office practices Travel No travel required for this position What We Offer Comprehensive benefits include: Medical, dental, and vision insurance programs 401K plans with employer-matching contributions Tuition reimbursement PTO Paid holidays Volunteer time off For more information about benefits, please go to: https://careers.leviton.com/benefits Leviton is an EEO/AA Employer.
