We are looking for a 100% remote Vet Technician role for a 06+ months contract position. Job Description: Title: Vet Technician Location: 100%+ Remote Duration: 06 months contract Client: Direct Client Note: Vet Tech or Medical Vet Assistant Experience (3 years or more) - Please note that we are looking for experience working with animals - not for front desk experience at a vet's office. A great candidate will know medical terminology relating to pets. Resumes with only front desk receptionist experience will be disqualified. 6-8 Week VIRTUAL training - classroom setting Must have: Vet Tech or Medical Vet Assistant Experience (3 years or more) High school diploma Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Ability to operate in a fast-pace, multi-tasking environment with deadlines. Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and phone communication skills Articulate, professional, and possesses a strong quality customer service mindset with attention to detail. Strong computer background using MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and Internet Ability to learn quickly (to include our proprietary CRM system for managing customers and claims) Excellent tracking, follow-up, and relationship building skills. Ability to identify problems and logically research with minimum assistance to locate answers through appropriate reference materials.
