Who You'll Work With: We are seeking a San Antonio based PDS Back Office Operations Associate to join our Partner Distribution Services Department in Global Technology & Operations.Partner Distribution Services is a global business unit specializing in the support of AB Sales, Product and the back offices of our retail, retirement and insurance Intermediaries. What You'll Do: We are looking for an individual to serve as a Back Office Operations Associate in the Partner Distribution Services Department within the Transfer Agency Operations. This person will perform various operational tasks and respond to intermediary back offices, ABI Sales and other internal groups. They will have the opportunity to develop relationships with intermediary back offices. The best candidates for this position must be highly organized, possess outstanding customer service and problem-solving skills. Applications and business or enterprise functions the role supports DST TA2000 - Record keeping system for AllianceBernstein retail mutual fund accountsDST SMARTDESKDTCC Mutual Fund ProfileDTCC Mutual Fund Information ExchangeTA2000 Rumba - TA2000 MainframeAWD Automated Workflow Distribution (AWD) - Imaging and workflow utility for TA2000StorQM - Web-enabled application-to extract daily reportsMicrosoft Office Applications - with a heavy focus on EXCEL Key job responsibilities include, but are not limited to Respond to requests and inquiries from intermediary back offices, AB Product, ABI Sales and ABIS OpsBecome familiar with industry issues/trends affecting operations between intermediaries and ABSupport mutual fund back office trading processesCoordinate the processing of trades, corrections, and other account activitiesPerform tasks supporting Intermediary onboarding and terminationMaintain AB fund data housed in our industry utility (DTCC MFPII)Perform functions supporting AB Intermediary OversightUpdate procedure documentation and support cross training of co-workersSupport monthly management and productivity reportingPerform additional responsibilities as needed based on department requirements What makes this role unique or interesting (if applicable) ?
