There are nearly 20 attorneys working in the areas of trial practice and litigation, corporate and business, wealth preservation/estate planning, mergers and acquisitions, labor and employment, real estate, finance, entity formation, trademark and copyrights, business strategy and analysis, joint ventures, complex negotiation, contracts, lending institutions, non-profit, licensing, restaurant representation and government, municipal and water districts.Additional Skills: The candidate should have excellent written and oral communication skills. Must have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Acute attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced culture are needed.
