The Marketing Specialist will be our main liaison to our outside marketing firm and will aid in the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives for API to grow brand awareness, attract new clients and retain our diverse client portfolio. Our ideal candidate will be experienced in execution of day-to-day marketing activities as well as development of long-term strategy in a “B2B” setting. Cultivate brand awareness and corporate identity Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments Develop and execute marketing campaigns and assess and report on results Conduct client research as well as competitor analysis in support of improved marketing strategy and communications Responsible for content management across all channels, including website and social media Planning and managing events and conferences Develop collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and third party partners Provide support for internal communications and initiatives for Human Resources Manage and maintain the marketing budget Required Skills, Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration or related field. Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in marketing, product and/or brand management. Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools Ability to develop, track, manage and analyze marketing initiatives Successful track record in managing to and achieving key performance indicators Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Self-motivated, independent thinker Ability to multi task and work well under strict deadlines in a fast paced environment Proficiency with online marketing and social media tools Global brand cultivation and management Position Type and Expected Hours of Work Full time, Monday through Friday, normal core business hours and as needed on nights and weekends unless otherwise specified. Supervisory Responsibility None Travel Requirements Minimal Compensation Good faith annual salary range for this position is $80,000 to $ 95,000 and is commensurate with experience.
