We’re looking for an experienced massage therapist to join our dynamic team of healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, is well-versed in different types of massage and massage techniques, and is attentive to each client’s needs and physical condition. If you’re passionate about providing an exceptional client experience and are looking for competitive pay, flexible hours, and a positive and stable work environment, we highly encourage you to apply. Weekend availability is needed. 50% of service fee Responsibilities:• Support a positive working environment for both clients and staff through relationship building and team development• Oversee client plans and treatment progression, and maintain accurate treatment records• Evaluate each client’s physical condition, stress level, and medical history to determine the most effective types of massage for their course of treatment• Provide added value to clients with suggestions for stretching, strengthening, stress relief, and overall wellness maintenance• Offer supplementary services or products that complement the client’s treatment plan Qualifications:• High school diploma or equivalent• Massage therapy program completion preferred• Must possess high-level interpersonal and communications skills• Must have experience in different types of massage techniques such as deep tissue massage, sports massage, Swedish massage, and reflexology• Must have licensure that complies with state and local laws About Company: Tucked away near the scenic Litchfield Hills of Connecticut and conveniently located between New York & Boston, The Heritage Hotel, Golf, Spa, & Conference Center boasts New England charm with a modern touch.
