We’re seeking a positive, personable customer service representative for a rewarding career opportunity! You’ll connect with new people, tackle tough problems, and raise the bar on an excellent customer experience. Responsibilities: • Answer incoming calls on product and service questions, customer complaints, and general customer inquiries• Follow scripts when managing challenging customer issues and escalate to the appropriate party when needed• Make sure each customer’s complaint is addressed with care and precision to achieve full customer satisfaction• Provide thorough follow-ups to customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction• Regularly meet with sales lead to receive the newest service and product knowledge• You will be working at your own desk with your own computer and phone• Take incoming calls for customer needs, book service appointments, confirm appointments, and reschedule appointments.• You will be at your own desk using Service Titan Software. Basic computer and phone skills required• This will be an in person position at our office in Beachwood NJ Qualifications: • Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills • Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent• Experience working in a customer-oriented atmosphere• Previous CSR skills are a plus!• Service Titan familiarity is a plus!• Basic phone skills required• Basic computer skills required Compensation: $15 - $20 hourly About Company: Independently owned and operated family business.
