Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent Excellent ability to manage and build relationships Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed acquisition goals Advanced skills in communicating, selling and negotiating Unrelenting drive to understand and meet prospective customer needs Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite Roles and Responsibilities : Inbound and outbound calling Scheduling appointments with clients who request our benefits Presenting and explaining insurance products and benefits packages over Zoom video call Sell and up sell insurance to new and existing clients Completing applications for insurance products Report daily numbers Attend optional training classes The ideal candidate is results-driven, hungry for customer acquisition, and passionate about contributing to top-line revenue growth! We are currently looking to fill an Entry-Level Sales Management position within our company. We are a subsidiary of a Fortune 500 company, well established with a solid business and marketing model, looking to expand within the MA area over the next 1-2 years. We only promote from within, and it is based on personal performance, not on seniority. We are family oriented, and we offer a supportive and encouraging work environment. Entry level associate and fast-track management positions are available. First year associates’ yearly earnings between 65K and 100k respectively. We are training our leaders to earn six figures in their first 1-2 years in the business. Earnings are uncapped due to weekly bonuses, commission advances and recruiting bonuses and 100% are performance based in all levels of the career. The ideal candidate is results-driven, hungry for customer acquisition, and passionate about contributing to top-line revenue growth.
