What You'll Do: Assist customers with sales and service inquiries through: email, chat & an online ordering platformCreate a positive and consistent customer service experience while reducing customer's effortPartner with United Rentals field employees to facilitate reservations, quotes, and service inquiriesIdentify and qualify an equipment request to ensure it will meet customer's requirementsSource requests for various departments and employeesProvide critical support to National Account Managers, Strategic Account Managers and Outside Sales Representatives for customer rolloutsNegotiate rental rates for equipment rentals in accordance with pricing policies and proceduresOther duties assigned as neededRequirements:High School diploma or equivalent1-2 years Customer Service ExperienceProficiency in Microsoft applicationsStrong verbal skills and ability to speak clearly and articulateExceptional relationship-building and customer service skills; Able to constructively manage conflict and respond professionallyAble to deal with a high volume of tasks, stressful, and sometimes unfamiliar situationsExcellent teamwork, time management, efficiency, and communication skillsExcellent organizational skills with heavy attention to detail requiredBilingual preferred Why join us?
