Registered Behavior Technician (RBT/BHT) Phoenix, AZ Are you an experienced RBT that is working towards becoming a BCBA? Are you someone that has always wanted to work with kiddos, and improve the lives of families in your local community? Are you looking for a meaningful career that will pay for you to further your education? Then apply for this Registered Behavior Technician Role! Responsibilities Work directly with kiddos that have autism, and support Board Certified Behavior Analyst Treatment Plans. Work with kiddos on tasks like eating, drawing, playing, and talking. Provide parent training and support. Work with center manager while carrying a balanced caseload. Primarily in home therapy, so much be comfortable in other's natural environments. (30 Hours+ Weekly) Qualifications Required RBT (Training provided if not Registered) Position Highlights Established company, with opportunities to grow.
