Job Description: Establish relationships with real estate agents to identify properties and convert leads Management of a rapidly growing $50,000,000+ Furnished Rental Real Estate Portfolio Oversight and quality control of a cleaning and laundry staff of 7 with 5,000 turnovers per year Inventory management of linens, furniture, & appliances Interact and problem solve to create a positive guest experience Coordinate with maintenance contractors and basic maintenance of properties (Battery Replacement in Smart-Locks, Hallway Air-Freshener Switchout, Refuse Control, etc.) Embrace technology and problem solve new ways to integrate technology into our process in a cost-effective manner General task management and resolution Broad reaching oversight of a small family office and upkeep/wellbeing of their assets Reporting Lines: Reports directly to Founder/CEO Direct Reports: 7 Full-Time Cleaning Staff 1 Full-Time Maintenance Technician Candidate Requirements: Strong Entrepreneurial Attitude and Self-Starter Basic Maintenance Knowledge and Skills Robust Interpersonal Skills Preferred Skillset: Conversational in Spanish 2yrs experience in property management or transferable role College education not required Powered by JazzHR
