Description:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Responsible for project management of Virtual Data Rooms, coordinating with clients, their staff and advisors and internal team members to accurately prepare data for presentation. Updates Smartsheet with progress and pertinent client data. * Assist clients through the various stages of the closing process, acting as a liaison between client and buy-side diligence efforts. * Foster the communication and cross-functional collaboration required to share information across departments and work as a team on behalf of clients. * Manage relationships with clients, accountants, attorneys and buyers. * Ensure customer satisfaction through all stages of the project. * Continually looks for process improvement strategies. * Participates in special projects and performs other duties as requested by supervisor. * Keeps supervisor informed of any conflicts or problems. * Will not offer legal adviceSPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: * Dental office experience required, preferably management experience * Experience working closely with Dentists and Dental Specialists * Knowledge and use of multiple practice management systems * Strong customer service and project management skills.Henry Schein, Inc. is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate against applicants or employees on the basis of race, color, religion, creed, national origin, ancestry, disability that can be reasonably accommodated without undue hardship, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, citizenship, marital or veteran status, or any other legally protected status.
