The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, with a preference for those with expertise in Wage and Hour and Class Action cases. The successful candidate must be a licensed attorney in the state of Illinois.Duties:Provide legal advice and guidance on labor and employment issues.Conducted legal research and analysis to support cases and provided strategic recommendations.Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and court pleadings.Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and mediations.Stay current on changes in labor and employment laws and regulations.Requirements:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Active license to practice law in the state of Illinois.Minimum of 4 years of experience in labor and employment law.Should preferably have experience in Wage and Hour and Class Action cases.Certifications:Active and valid license to practice law in the state of Illinois.Skills:Strong legal research and analytical skills.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.Job Location:Chicago, ILBenefits:The firm offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:Health, dental, and vision plans for the employee, spouse/domestic partner, and children.Mental health programs.Life and disability insurance.401(k) retirement plan.Family building, parenting, and caregiving support.Various voluntary benefits options.
