The selected candidate will lead and coordinate planning, organization, control, integration and execution of engineering Capability projects for the F-22 program. This position is responsible for all aspects of program performance, including SOW inputs, proposal estimates/ROM's/BOE's, program baseline activities, and communication of program changes/direction during execution. Must be an U.S. Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access. On site work is required. Infrequent travel is associated with this position. You will need to be a US Citizen, and be able to obtain and maintain a US DoD SECRET clearance, to support this government contract, as well as successfully pass a drug and background check, in order to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. EngineeringAeronautics Basic Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree or higher with experience in Engineering, or a related STEM field* 5 Years or more experience in Project Planning and/or Project Management* Experience communicating with multi-disciplined engineering teams.* Secret security clearance with an investigation within the last 5 years. Desired Skills: * F-22 platform experience* Knowledge of F-22 engineering systems* Engineering project management experience * Excellent written and oral communication skills * Strong organizational, planning and time management skills.* Experience with APTS.* Ability to obtain F-22 SAP clearance Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
