Builders Capital is headquartered inPuyallup, Washington, with regional sales offices across the country.Day to Day Lead the design, development, and maintenance of complex server-side applications using C#. Architect and implement robust and scalable back-end solutions that meet business requirements. Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment. Participate in architectural discussions and provide strategic input for technology decisions. Optimize and refactor existing code to improve performance, maintainability, and scalability. Conduct code reviews, ensuring high-quality standards and adherence to best practices. Develop REST APIs and ensure they meet the required standards.Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 10+ years of proven experience as a Backend Developer with expertise in C#. In-depth knowledge of databases C# framework and backend technologies. API testing, Integration testing and sold understanding of REST API's Proven experience with complex and large RDBMS databases, demonstrating a deep understand of indexes, stored procedures, and triggers. Knowledge of front-end technologies such as React is a plus. Familiarity with data bases and data modeling. Experience with cloud platforms and deployment processes. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
