Domain Architect - Route/Switch (Campus/Datacenter/WAN)

QUALIFICATIONS: Post sales consulting experience strongly preferred. Must have at least 7 years of experience designing, deploying, and implementing core route/switch and WAN networks in accordance with industry best practices Data Center Certification (JNCIP-DC, JNCIE-DC, or CCIE Data Center) Enterprise Routing/Switching Certification (JNCIP-ENT, JNCIE-ENT, or CCIE Enterprise) Must have at least 5 years of experience Deploying, managing, and troubleshooting EVPN-VXLAN overlay (Both Cisco and Juniper) Data Center Interconnect (EVPN-signaled VXLAN for DCI, Stitching, etc.) Experience with Juniper and Cisco WAN routing implementations, including OSPF, ISIS, MPLS, BGP, Traffic Engineering Knowledge on MPLS services including Layer-3 VPN and Layer-2 VPN Familiarity with Segment Routing concepts Able to build Data Centers using Cisco NDFC Understanding of the different capabilities, features, and scaling of different Juniper or Cisco platforms. Working technical knowledge of network control protocols (QOS, PfR, PoE, NTP, DHCP), network management protocols (CDP, FTP, TFTP, SNMP) and security protocols (SSH, HTTPS, AAA, IPSec, TrustSec). Strong knowledge IP communication and routing is required (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP). Experience with inter-company routing is preferred. Understand WAN/LAN and transport technologies (Ethernet, Frame Relay, DMVPN, WAAS and MPLS). Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills with the ability to work well in a collaborative environment. Able to conduct research into networking issues and products as required. Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail. Able to effectively prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment. Strong customer service orientation with proven analytical and problem-solving abilities. Related degree in computer science or electrical engineering and/or seven to ten years equivalent network engineering experience. 25 - 50% travel Want to learn more about Infrastructure Services?
