Key Skills: Proven expertise in UX design, AB testing, and CRO. Technical SEO proficiency CMS experience, preferably Umbraco. Familiarity with analytical tools such as SEMrush and GA4. Successful track record in implementing effective website marketing strategies. Responsibilities: Conduct thorough website performance analysis for data-driven enhancements. Drive UX improvements through collaboration with UX designers and developers. Lead A/B testing initiatives to optimise user journeys and conversion paths. Utilise technical SEO knowledge for enhanced website visibility and ranking. Analyse and interpret data from analytics tools to inform marketing decisions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align website strategies with broader marketing objectives. What's Offered: Competitive salary: £32,000 to £35,000.
