CNA's play a vital role in providing essential healthcare to our residents/patients. Job Responsibilities: Patient Care: Provide direct patient care, including but not limited to bathing, dressing, feeding, and assisting with ADL's Vital Signs Monitoring: Regularly monitory and record all vital signs such as BP, pulse, temperature, and oxygen saturation, and report any abnormalities to the nursing staff. Medication Assistance: Assist with medication administration under the supervision of our license nurse, ensuring accurate dosages and proper documentation. Mobility Assistance: Help patients with mobility issues, including transferring and positioning, to prevent pressure ulcers and maintain their comfort. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting care provided, changes in condition, and any incidents. Companionship: Offer emotional support, companionship, and engage in meaningful interactions with patients to enhance their quality of life. Safety: Ensure a safe environment for patients by identifying and addressing potential hazards and promptly responding to emergencies. Communication: Effectively communicate with the healthcare team, patients, and their families, providing updates on patient progress and reporting any concerns. Hygiene & Sanitation: Maintain a clean and hygienic environment for patients, including assisting with toileting, changing linens, and keeping patient areas organized. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care. Qualifications: A heart overflowing with empathy and kindness. Ability to provide superhero care with a smile on your face! Patience of a saint. Flexibility to adapt to ever-changing situations. Wage Range: $19 - $22+ Current Shifts Available: Day, Evening, NOC, Weekday and Weekend Shifts available! We can provide flexible schedules. $500 Sign On Bonus if you hold an active CNA License!
