cFocus Software seeks a System Administrator to join our program supporting USTRANSCOM at Scott Air Force base with remote capabilities. This position requires an active Secret clearance and must meet 8570 requirements. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a computer, engineering, or science field. Active Secret Clearance 8570 Compliant (Security+ CE) 10+ years of Systems Administration experience 5+ years of experience with managing and performing account validation processes to support the Risk Management Framework (RMF) process. 5+ years of experience with GDSS Mobility or similar systems Experience Monitoring and Management of classified and unclassified GDSS Mobility Communication Services (MCS) Experience with GDSS Web Application monitoring and management of MCS Inbound Processing, MCS Outbound Processing, Mission Conflicts, and MCS Object Hydration. Experience with performing the monitoring and management of classified and unclassified GDSS Cross Domain (XDS) low-to-high (L2H) and high-to-low (H2L) transactions; includes XDS Send Transactions unprocessed and failed transactions. Experience performing monitoring and management of Denodo Platform for users and interface partners which include monitoring dashboards and validating Application Program Interfaces (APIs) as needed to support user/interface questions and tickets Duties: Create User Accounts, Set User Authorizations, Identify Inactive Accounts, Remove Inactive Accounts, Update Account Management Application, Provide Account Usage and Security Services. Validate the status of user accounts in coordination with the supported systems. Manage and perform account validation process to support the Risk Management Framework (RMF) process. Maintain the Unit Program Account Manager (UPAM) appointment letters and add/remove privileges as appropriate. Provide account management services for GDSS, MEIS 3 and Denodo. Maintain GDSS component permissions (roles and privileges) for users. Provide on-site account management services 24x7x365 at Government-provided facilities. Perform annual reviews of the accounts to ensure they are still valid and needed. Create/update/deliver account management checklist. Validate accounts IAW Government directives and approved procedures. Support the USTRANSCOM directed GDSS migration to a commercial Cloud environment and utilize a DevSecOps paradigm. Provide functional expertise to support the integration into the Cloud. Perform Monitoring and Management of classified and unclassified GDSS Mobility Communication Services (MCS) writes and reads with Mobility Enterprise Information System (MEIS) 4 services; includes GDSS Web Application monitoring and management of MCS Inbound Processing, MCS Outbound Processing, Mission Conflicts, and MCS Object Hydration. Perform Monitoring and Management of classified and unclassified GDSS Cross Domain (XDS) low-to-high (L2H) and high-to-low (H2L) transactions; includes XDS Send Transactions unprocessed and failed transactions. Review Monitoring and Management of GDSS MCS activities on an annual basis as mission (interface) partners migrate from classified and unclassified MEIS 3 to MEIS 4. Perform Monitoring and Management of Denodo Platform and future mission partner interfaces for the Denodo users and interface partners which include monitoring dashboards and validating Application Program Interfaces (APIs) as needed to support user/interface questions and tickets.
