The ideal candidate will have experience in a wide range of employee benefit plans and programs, including health and welfare benefit plans, executive compensation arrangements, and mergers and acquisitions related benefits work. Strong academic credentials and excellent communication skills are essential for effectively handling complex legal matters.Duties:Collaborate with a team to handle various employee benefit plans and programs.Provide legal counsel on executive compensation arrangements.Assist in mergers and acquisitions related benefits work.Conduct legal research and analysis on employee benefits law.Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar or ability to gain admission promptly.4+ years of experience in executive compensation and employee benefits law.Experience in qualified plans and health and welfare benefit plans.Strong understanding of mergers and acquisitions related benefits work.Certifications:Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar or ability to gain admission promptly.Skills:Excellent legal research and analytical skills.Ability to effectively communicate complex legal matters orally and in writing.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Proficiency in legal software and tools.
