We are currently seeking an excellent outside sales representative who can develop a sales strategy and build and expand client relationships to achieve sales goals. You’ll be responsible for seeking out, engaging with, and presenting our services and solutions to new prospects and current customers. If you have a proven track record of outside selling and are looking for a lucrative outside sales position that provides you with the flexibility, support, and compensation to help you shine, we want to connect! Responsibilities:As a Sales Representative/Settlement Officer, your primary responsibilities will include:• Building and nurturing lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.• Identify and pursue sales leads, prospect for new clients, and continually service their needs throughout the settlement transaction process.• Meeting and exceeding sales goals and objectives through effective sales strategies and techniques.• Staying updated on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate the value of our industry-leading and unique sales propositions. Qualifications:To thrive in this role, you'll need:• Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.• Stellar communication, presentation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.• Tech-savviness, with the ability to adapt to new tools and technologies.• At least 2 years of outside sales experience preferred.• A high school diploma is required and some industry or product knowledge is preferred.• Team-focused, organized, self-starter with an orientation towards service, detail, problem- solving, and deadlines.• A willingness to travel as needed to further your business.
