Description: As part of the Spectrum Convergence team, the project engineer will lead a multi-disciplinaryengineering team on the Trusted Security Solutions (TSS) program - Trusted Manager (TMAN) product. The candidate should have prior experience with cost, schedule, and technical management of systems while working in an Agile environment.This is a Project Engineer role with a focus on Cost Account Management (CAM) responsibilities. This role will be responsible for generating BPEs, BOEs, and other proposal activities. In addition, they will be responsible for continual communication, coordination, and providing status to existing program customers. Secret clearance required to start.* Coordinates planning, organization, control, integration and completion of engineering projects within area of assigned responsibility. * Plans and formulates engineering program; reviews product design for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, customer contract requirements, and related specifications. * Evaluates and approves design changes, specification and drawing releases. * Coordinates activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling, and resolving engineering design and test problems.To promote the sharing of ideas, LockheedMartin fosters an inclusive work environmentthat encourages differences and big-picturethinking. Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits. Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, or Washington is $118,100 - $226,400 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
