As a Business Development Manager, you will lead our Business Development Division on our Encore Team while deepening existing Client relationships. Job Title: Business Development Manager Company: Encore Search Partners Location: 11740 Katy Fwy, Suite 300 Houston, TX 77079 Key Responsibilities: Business Development Cold Call, Cold Email, & Cold InMail prospective client Recruiting Managers & Hiring Managers, in an effort to acquire New Accounts & New Job Orders for Encore Search Partners. Schedule job order intake calls with the Client & Encore Search Account Managers. Update the CRM with all appropriate client decision maker contact information. Update LinkedIn Project notes related to daily call & email activities within the designated projects. Monitor prospective career pages to see what job openings they currently have. Monitor prospective client employees that are leaving the company on LinkedIn and follow up with hiring managers. Monitor prospective client Talent Acquisition & HR Leaders that recently joined the company on LinkedIn and introduce yourself as a resource, asking for an initial call. Develop key strategies to source for Referrals from current clients & referral partners. Prospect for New Accounts on a proactive basis through LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, & various other Lead Generation resources. Attend Industry Association Events like the GHP Events, SHRM Conferences, GHMA, and various other trade associations related to industries we would like to pursue. Facilitate Zoom & face to face meetings with prospective clients to bring in new accounts. Marketing Produce daily video & written content on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram to promote the company’s brand. Develop effective relationships within the organization and the local community to proactively attract potential new hires. Work with the internal Director of Technology & Digital Content Creator to produce marketing campaigns that effectively pull in prospective new client leads. Hold the Digital Content Creator accountable for the company’s social media pages Create cadenced email marketing programs to solicit new business from prospective clients. Target KPI’s Minimum of 12 New Job Orders acquired from New Clients, per month Minimum of 6 New Clients acquired, per month Target of 300 Outbound Calls and Emails per Week to Prospective New Accounts 1 New Post Per Day to LinkedIn Maintain a minimum of 22.5% Average Fee for All New Accounts brought in Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field required 2-7 years prior experience in a business development role 2-7 years prior experience within a recruitment agency preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills, time management, and relationship-building skills Social Media Marketing and Brand Promotion experience preferred Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Familiarity with CRM/applicant tracking systems, MS Office, and LinkedIn Recruiter Must be a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and strong desire to grow Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality Compensation: Base Salary plus Commission, $100k to $120k first year, on target Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, Life, 401k, PTO Company Size: 38 Employees Company Awards: Largest Executive Search Firms, Houston Business Journal – #1 in 2022, 2021, 2020, 2019 Fast 100, Houston Business Journal – (2021, 2019, 2018, 2017) Best Places to Work Award Winner, Houston Business Journal – (2021, 2020, 2019, 2018, 2017) Company Core Values: Excellence Resilience Gratitude Professionalism Coachable Meticulous Competitive If interested, please reach out to Jacqueline Valle with “Business Development Manager” in the subject line.
