Job DescriptionAs a customer service representative, you are an integral part of the operation at the local branch and leadership team through various administrative tasks and projects. Responsibilities * Receive calls for warranty and service calls, document requests, and prepare job tickets * Responsible for arranging work schedules * Manage job work tickets with the internal system * Accountable for contacting national builders and customers to verify the readiness of job sitesPreferred Qualifications: * 1-2 years of customer service experience * Knowledge of accounting and CRM software * Fluent English/Spanish language skills a plus * Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and manage time efficiently * Knowledge of customer service ethics, principles, and proceduresPhysical demands: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions.
