Superior writing and communication skills are a must, and foreign language proficiency is highly valued. Duties:Conduct trademark searches and analysesDevelop and implement global trademark strategiesHandle domestic and international trademark prosecutionEnforce trademark rights through legal actionsManage TTAB proceedings, online, and social media enforcementRepresent clients in UDRP proceedingsProvide legal advice and counsel on trademark matters Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law schoolAdmission to the State Bar.2-5 years of experience in trademark lawExperience with trademark searching and prosecutionFamiliarity with TTAB proceedings and UDRP proceedingsExcellent writing and communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Skills:Proficiency in trademark searching and analysisStrong understanding of global trademark laws and regulationsExcellent legal research and writing skillsAbility to communicate effectively with clients and colleaguesDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsProficiency in foreign languages (preferred) Committed to the highest level of service and loyalty to clients, this full-service firm uses teamwork to maximize strength and enjoy accomplishments together.
