The Trademark Associate Attorney will be responsible for trademark searching, global trademark strategy development, and domestic and international trademark prosecution and enforcement. Experience with TTAB proceedings, online and social media enforcement, and UDRP proceedings is preferred. Superior writing and communication skills are required, and foreign language proficiency is highly valued.
