Quality Documentation Specialist Are you interested in working in our New Energy Space? Join our Baker Hughes Valves Team! Partner with the best As a Quality Documentation Specialist, you will be responsible for: Reviewing customer Inspection Test Plan (ITP) requirements and adding them to the valve assembly routers as needed. Capturing material heat numbers on valve travelers for valves or parts, gathering all the Certified Material Test Reports (CMTRs) on an internal portal, or requesting them from our suppliers. Compiling the final documentation package and submitting it to the customer. Supporting internal assembly and quality teams with all documentation needs. Working directly with customers daily to provide the needed documentation. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have 3+ years' experience in administrative roles. Be able to work in an office and a shop environment. Be detailed oriented to work with contractual requirements.
