Practice Area: Litigation - Construction - General, Job Type: Partner, Firm Type: Law Firm, Experience: 8 Years, A law firm in Denver is seeking a Partner-level Construction Litigation Attorney with a minimum of 8 years of construction litigation experience. The ideal candidate will possess experience in reviewing and advising on construction contracts and issues related to real property development, as well as a portable book of business. Duties:Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in construction litigation matters.Review and advise on construction contracts and issues related to real property development.Manage all aspects of construction litigation cases from inception to resolution.Conduct legal research and analysis on complex construction law issues.Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings.Collaborate with clients, experts, and internal teams to develop effective case strategies.Mentor junior attorneys and staff as needed. Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Minimum of 8 years of construction litigation experience.Admission to the Colorado Bar or eligibility for admission.A portable book of business is preferred.Admission to the Arizona, California, and/or Nevada Bar would be a plus. Skills:Strong knowledge of construction law and litigation procedures.Excellent legal research and writing skills.Effective communication and negotiation skills.Ability to manage a caseload independently.Strong business development and networking abilities.Leadership and mentorship skills.
