Must be a licensed agent with real estate experience* Responsibilities:• Be there for your clients: provide them with your best service and advice to nurture your relationship, so they come back to you and refer new clients• Keep up with local knowledge• Focus on hyperlocal real estate• Consult with buyer and seller clients to know their needs and close the deal• Consistently reach out and follow up with leads to grow sales opportunities• Mentor agents• Master P& L Qualifications:• You complete tasks quickly and efficiently• You have 2+ years of prior experience in the real estate industry• 40+ transactions a year• You are familiar with CRMs• You are team-oriented• You love to learn and grow• You are determined to succeed Compensation: $150,000+ annually About Company: We value people who are learning-based and strive to perfect their craft.
