OPEN POSITION: Physician - Adult Primary CareSCHEDULE: - Full-Time Preferred (32 Clinical Hours per Week)- Possible Part-Time Option (Negotiable Hours)- Some Flexibility Offered- Built-In Administrative TimeCOMPENSATION:- $200,000 to $225,000+ Starting Base Salary, dependent upon experience- Generous Productivity Bonuses- Malpractice Insurance- Health / Dental / Vision Insurance- Paid Time Off- License / DEA Fees Paid- CME Allowance- 401k- Package NegotiableLOCATION: Arlington Heights, IllinoisCOMPANY PROFILE: This private practice has been providing a variety of services to adult patients in the Arlington Heights area for more than 40 years. They are a multi-specialty organization, offering gastroenterology, physical therapy, aesthetic treatments, vein work, and more, alongside traditional primary care offerings. They have an in-house lab, on-site ultrasounds and echocardiograms, and sleep studies, among others. They currently employ 5 physicians and 1 physician assistant, along with a robust support staff of clinical and administrative team members. They are hiring due to growth.POSITION DESCRIPTION: This is a standard outpatient primary care role, in which the physician will be responsible for overall provision of care to adult patients. Duties of the role include, but are not limited to:- adult and geriatric primary care- patient evaluations- physical assessments- patient education- chronic disease management- preventative medicine- medication management- specialist referralsProviders see an average of 20 patients per day, with a dedicated clinical support staff.The practice uses the eClinicalWorks EHR.On-call duties are 1 weekend (from 12:00pm on Saturday + 24 hours on Sunday) every 4 to 5 weeks.
